What
is Barbara Personnel?
Barbara Personnel is a local
firm founded in 1973 by Barbara Cloutier. Our team is made up of human resource
professionals whose field of expertise is knowing about the needs and requirements
of today's employers. Working as a team, our counsellors always strive to assign
the ideal person for each position. If we cannot meet the client's requirements,
we will be pleased to refer the client to someone who can be of assistance.
In what circumstances
are your services called upon?
It's quite simple. Any circumstance
warrants a call to Barbara Personnel. We provide personnel in all areas and
for all emergency situations including excess work because of a new contract,
sudden illness, maternity leave and of course, vacations. And let's not forget
the permanent positions that may be created because of a firm's growth, or the
departure of an employee.
When faced with an emergency
situation (for example, a payroll clerk has an accident and is immobilized for
several weeks), can Barbara Personnel respond quickly?
Absolutely. At Barbara Personnel, for the last 15 years, we have maintained
a computerized register of more than 4,000 candidates who have already been
interviewed and evaluated by our counsellors. Using the system, any one of our
counsellors is able to carry out a precise search and respond to your immediate
needs. Very often, we can find the ideal candidate within a few hours. We are
